It was our 4th dayon the trek to EBC in Nepal. We left Namche Bazaar early in the morning and hiked out in a heavy fog. Later it began to rain and we changed into our rain gear in a small village we were passing through. After we crossed the river and were ascending to Tengboche the rain turned to snow. Snow was not something we had thought about or were prepared for.
